We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. All reschedules and cancellations are to be done 24 hours before your appointment time. Clients cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the services booked. This includes removing services same day of your appointment. You will be charged ALL services booked. If we are not given at least 24 hour notice of service changes. LATE POLICY we have a 5 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. If you do not arrive within the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and will be charged a no show fee of 50% of your services booked. * By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to my Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-Show policy. * If any fee goes unpaid by the end of the day, the client will no longer be able to book future appointments indefinitely.
